SELLnBUY operates as a marketplace connecting independent Vendors with Buyers. We provide the platform for transactions but strictly act as an intermediary.
3. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors listed on SELLnBUY are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of their products. SELLnBUY does not manufacture or directly inventory the goods sold unless explicitly stated.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELLnBUY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, India.
