1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please visit the "My Orders" section or contact our support team immediately.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved or an order is successfully cancelled, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Return Eligibility

• Physical Goods: Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Electronics: Electronics products are non-refundable.
• Digital Products: Given the nature of digital content, these are generally non-refundable unless the file is defective or not as described.
